Services are governed by the terms of the respective quotation, order or booking. Individual agreements and specific project terms take precedence.

Services and formation of contract

Type, scope, price, duration and delivery date are stated in the relevant quotation, plan or booking process before the contract is concluded.

A contract is formed by confirmation of an order, acceptance of an individual quotation or completion of an order process expressly marked as creating an obligation to pay.

Payment

The prices and payment terms stated in the relevant quotation apply. Online payments may be processed through Stripe.

Cooperation

Customers provide the information, materials, access and approvals required for performance in due time.

Rights of use

The scope of rights to software, text, images, video and other work results is set out in the relevant quotation. Agreed rights of use are generally granted after full payment.

Defects and liability

Statutory rights concerning defects apply.

Liability is unlimited in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, limb or health and where required by law. For a slightly negligent breach of material contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

Term and termination

The term and termination conditions are set out in the respective quotation. Subscriptions concluded online provide the legally required termination option on the relevant project site.

Withdrawal

Consumers receive the withdrawal information required for the specific service before entering into a distance contract.
