Payment, Cancellation and Refunds

Prices, payment method, duration and cancellation conditions are displayed before every paid order or booking.

Online payments may be processed through Stripe. The available payment methods are shown during the relevant payment process.

Refunds are made where there is a statutory entitlement or the terms of the relevant offer provide for a refund.

Cancellation of a subscription generally ends the contract at the end of the billing period already paid for. It does not automatically result in a pro-rata refund.

Bookings for Gesegnetes Haus are subject to the cancellation conditions displayed at the time of booking.

Orders from Café Mariendistel are subject to the order, collection and refund conditions displayed there.
