BeforeTake is a production platform for preparing an entire film before the first shooting day. Its workflow moves from the screenplay through acts, scenes and individual shots to concrete requirements for cast, characters, locations, props, costumes, animals, sound, documents and visual references.
Every dependency is linked to the relevant scene or shot, assigned to a responsible team member and tracked through checklists, approvals and readiness states. AI assists with text editing, screenplay analysis, planning and visual reference generation. BeforeTake is not an editing suite; it produces a verified, exportable preparation package for the production team.
Challenge
Before production, many interdependent requirements must be captured, sourced, reviewed and linked to the correct scene and shot.
Solution
BeforeTake shows the readiness of each scene and the whole film, supports reviews and AI references and exports a complete preparation package for the crew. Editing, colour grading, sound post-production and final rendering are explicitly outside the product scope.
