EinsatzWerk is a B2B platform for service operations, dispatching and mobile field teams. It covers the complete lifecycle of a service request, from the initial call and customer lookup through work order, warranty information, appointment and route planning to the technician’s documented visit.

Dispatchers schedule jobs and routes, while technicians receive all relevant information on a mobile interface and record work performed, photographs, spare parts, customer signatures and follow-up visits. Legacy customer imports, inventory, vehicles, reports and analytics create a shared operational system for the entire service company.
